Migraine Heroes helps people living with migraine understand their patterns through tracking, personalised insights, food and lifestyle guidance, tongue-photo observations, and educational content. Depending on your plan, this may include practitioner support.

Migraine Heroes provides wellness education and lifestyle-support tools. It is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

The Service is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Insights, recommendations, and practitioner guidance are for wellness, education, and self-management support. Talk to your doctor before changing any medication or treatment, and before making significant changes to your diet or lifestyle if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing other health conditions.

If you have a medical emergency, severe or unusual symptoms, sudden neurological symptoms, or any concern requiring urgent care, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately. You should not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read or receive through Migraine Heroes.

Migraine Heroes is designed primarily for adults. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service through our parent or guardian consent flow, and your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service. We may limit, suspend, or adapt access where consent or age verification is incomplete.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, and all activity under your account. Personalised insights depend on the information you provide, so the more accurate and consistent your tracking, the more relevant they become.

Some features are available without charge. Others require a paid membership. Plan features and prices are shown before you subscribe.

Billing

Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on where you subscribe, and are also subject to that provider’s terms.

Trials

If your plan starts with a trial, it converts to a paid membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the app, on our website, or by emailing us at hero@migraineheroes.com. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also cancel directly there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Our commitment if it isn’t working

If you’ve given the Migraine Heroes method a real go for 3 months on a paid membership (that means tracking most days, and following your food recommendations at least twice a day, five days a week) and haven’t seen any improvement, contact us at hero@migraineheroes.com. We’ll set up a one-on-one troubleshooting session with you at no extra cost. If, after that session, you would still prefer a refund, we will refund your membership fees for those 3 months. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the troubleshooting session is still available to you, but refunds are handled by Apple or Google and the decision is theirs. We can tell you how to request one. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund that applies in your country.

Price changes

We will tell you in advance of any price change, and it will apply from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Where your plan includes practitioner support, our practitioners work with you on wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. They do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace your doctor. Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, as described when you book.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass, or mislead others;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or images of other people without their permission;
• copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content, recommendations, or method, or use them to build a competing product;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• share your account with others.

The Service, including the Migraine Heroes method, recommendations, educational content, podcast content, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Migraine Heroes or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes while you comply with these Terms.

You keep ownership of the information, tracker entries, photos, and messages you provide. You give us permission to use them to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The Service may link to or work with third-party services, such as app stores, payment providers, communication platforms, and podcast platforms. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

We regularly improve Migraine Heroes and may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel. We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Everyone’s migraine is different, and we cannot guarantee any particular result from using the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Migraine Heroes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information from the Service without consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. What happens to your data when your account closes is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance, such as by email or a prominent in-app notice. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your membership and stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. Where applicable, the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre will have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
